Terms of Use

Vaelon is intended for players aged 13 and older. If you are under the age of majority where you live, make sure a parent or guardian agrees to these terms and the Privacy Policy on your behalf.

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and play Vaelon on your own devices for non-commercial use. We may update, change or remove features, cards, content and rules, for example to fix problems or keep matches fair.

• You can play single player without an account. Online play, friends, challenges, the leaderboard and match history need an account created with Apple, Google or email and password.
• Give accurate information, keep your sign-in details secure and tell us if you think someone else is using your account. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• You can delete your account at any time, see Delete account.

Your username and profile card are shown to other players. Do not choose or use a name that:

• impersonates another person, a company or Vaelon's team;
• is hateful, harassing, sexually explicit or otherwise offensive;
• contains personal information, such as a real full name, phone number or address;
• infringes someone else's rights.

Usernames are unique. We may change, reset or remove a username that breaks these rules.

Play fairly and treat other players with respect. You agree not to:

• cheat, exploit bugs, tamper with or reverse engineer the game, its data or its servers, or use bots, scripts or modified apps;
• collude with others or deliberately lose or abandon matches to manipulate results or the leaderboard;
• harass, threaten or abuse other players, or spam them with challenges or invitations;
• try to access other players' data, interfere with the service or attempt to bypass security measures;
• use Vaelon for anything unlawful.

Online matches depend on both players' connections, and a match may end early if a player disconnects.

Vaelon currently has no in-app purchases, no advertising and no virtual items with real-world value. Coin is a per-match budget used during an auction and has no value outside that match. If this changes, we will update these terms before it does.

The game, its name, art, cards, text, audio, rules and code belong to us or our licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, sell or reuse them, except that you may share screenshots and the share card images you create in the game for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may stop using Vaelon at any time. We may warn, restrict, suspend or remove accounts and content that break these terms or put the game or other players at risk, and we may stop offering the game or parts of it.

Vaelon is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that online features, progress or match history will always be available. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the game. Nothing in these terms limits rights that you have by law and that cannot be limited.

We may update these terms, for example when we add features. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using Vaelon after an update, you accept the new terms.
